A binder that combines pigments to create a two-component topcoat. It is a mixture of resins and solvents into which a coloring pigment is introduced. The lacquer obtained in this way is properly poured and has a gloss and hardness suitable for industrial paints. The resin is used for the production of industrial paints in paint and varnish mixing plants.
